Who we are
eracons was founded in [potvrditi] and works out of Novi Sad, Serbia. We are consultants on business processes, automation and testing for organizations that run SAP, ADMS and other systems where a release touches the whole business.
We work inside client teams rather than beside them. On most engagements our consultants sit with subject matter experts, functional consultants and test managers through the release cycle, and stay with it release after release. Some of the work is direct, some of it is as a subcontractor to a software vendor whose platform the client already runs.
How we think about the work
A transformation rarely fails because somebody picked the wrong tool. It fails because nobody knew how the process actually ran before it changed, because the parts that repeat were still done by hand, or because there was no evidence that the release left everything else standing.
That is the whole thread: understand the process, automate what repeats, assure that it still works. Every one of our seven services sits somewhere on it, and none of them is a package you have to buy whole.
What we don't put on this site
We don't name clients, and we don't publish numbers we can't stand behind. Our clients do not announce what we do for them, so neither do we — the engagements on the home page are described rather than named. What we can show is what our consultants are certified in, which platforms we are partners on, and how an engagement starts.
