Automation earns its place when it removes repetition, not judgment. We automate the parts of a business process that run the same way every time, and leave the decisions with the people who are accountable for them.
Most of this work sits around SAP and the systems bolted to it: the steps between two applications, the manual re-keying, the check somebody runs every morning because nobody trusts the interface.
When you need this
- Key users spend a meaningful part of their week on steps that never vary.
- A process crosses two systems that were never integrated, and people are the integration.
- An automation pilot exists somewhere in the organization, and nobody can say whether it should be scaled or stopped.
What we do
- Start from the process, not the tool. We work with your subject matter experts and functional consultants to establish how the process runs, then decide which parts are worth automating. Tooling comes after that, not before.
- Automate the repetition. We build the automations, wire them into the systems involved, and keep the decision points with people.
- Design for the exception. An automation that only works on the clean path creates work instead of removing it. We define what it does when the data is not what it expected, and who it hands the case to.
- Put the automation under test. Automations break when the systems around them change. What we build gets regression coverage, so a release cannot quietly stop it.
- Prove it on one process. One process, automated on your landscape, before anything larger is agreed.
- Support what we built. An automation is not a delivery. It is something that has to survive the next release, so we either stay with it or hand it over deliberately.
We are a UiPath partner, reseller and system integrator: we can license the platform, build on it and support it on your landscape. Tool choice still follows the process. If the right answer is a configuration change rather than an automation, we will say so. Automating a process that should not exist in that shape is the most expensive way to keep it.
