SAP changes on a schedule: support packs, enhancement packs, releases, a rollout to the next country, and somewhere in there a migration to S/4HANA. Our work sits around that schedule. We make sure the business processes still run, and that proving it does not cost a week of your key users every time.

What we do

  • Business process discovery. We work with your subject matter experts and functional consultants to establish how a process actually runs, end to end, before anything is automated or tested.
  • Test strategy for the release cycle. Which processes carry the risk, what gets automated, what stays manual, and what evidence a go/no-go decision needs. The strategy has to fit the cycle you already run, not the one a methodology assumes.
  • Regression coverage that follows the release train. Suites that run with each release rather than being rebuilt for it.
  • S/4HANA migration support. Shortened feedback loops at each stage of the migration, so a problem surfaces while it is still cheap to fix.
  • Rollout validation. The second country is not a copy of the first. We adapt the test set to the local process instead of rerunning the same script and hoping.
  • Keep key users on their jobs. They review results and own the process. Executing the test cycle is not their work.
