Transformation Advisory
An independent read on whether the transformation is ready, what the transition plan should be and who decides what.
Most transformation programs do not fail at go-live. They fail months earlier, in a plan that assumed the organization was readier than it was, or in a decision nobody can point to afterward. Transformation Advisory is an independent read on both.
From process insight to confident transformation: understand the process, redesign what has to change, automate what repeats, validate that it works.
When you need this
- The decision to move to S/4HANA is made, and the open question is whether the organization can carry it alongside everything else it already runs.
- Your system integrator has produced a plan, and you want it read by someone with no stake in the contract.
- Go-live has moved more than once, and the reason given is different each time.
What we do
- Readiness assessment. We look at the process landscape, the existing test estate, the state of the data, and the people who would have to absorb the change. You get a written view of what is ready, what is not, and what each gap costs in time.
- Transition plan. We work out the order of the move: what goes first, what runs in parallel, what is retired, and where a fallback is genuinely needed rather than assumed.
- Governance that survives a slipped date. We define who decides what, which decisions have to be backed by evidence, and what happens when a release is not ready. Programs rarely lack a plan. They lack an agreed way to change it.
- A second reading alongside your integrator. We review the plan, the estimates and the test strategy, and say where we would push back, so you are not reading their plan alone.
- Evidence instead of opinion. Where the data allows it, process mining settles the argument about how the process runs today, rather than another workshop about the documentation.
- A handover into delivery. The assessment ends as a backlog: what to automate first, what to put under regression, and who owns which decision once the program starts.
Advisory work here is deliberately short. It ends with a decision you can defend, not with a retainer. If the answer is that the program is ready and the plan holds, that is a useful answer too. Transform processes, automate operations, ensure quality: the advisory is where that thread starts.

Getting started
How it starts
An engagement starts small and free, and only grows if it earns it.
Free assessment
Two weeks, one process or one regression suite. You get a short written assessment: what we found, what we would change first, and what it would take. No cost, no obligation.
Discovery
We sit with your subject matter experts and functional consultants and map the process as it runs, not as the documentation describes it. Where the data allows it, process mining does the arguing.
Free proof of concept
We take one process and automate it, or put one regression set under automation, and run it on your landscape. You see the result before anything larger is agreed.
